Delivering to Sydney
From our Gold Coast warehouseSydney orders are supplied from our Gold Coast warehouse, with free delivery Australia-wide. Our shipping and delivery guide explains stock dispatch, made-to-order finishes and delivery to your floor. Confirm availability and expected arrival for the model and finish you choose.
For a CBD or North Sydney workplace, share the building address and floor early so dock bookings, lift access and permitted delivery times can be planned. If a move or fitout has a fixed deadline, ask for dispatch, arrival and any installation appointment to be shown separately in the schedule.
Getting a pod into a Sydney building
Check the route before orderingAsk building management for the goods-lift dimensions, door opening, loading-dock booking process and any floor-protection requirements. Include delivery windows, after-hours requirements and the route from the dock to the intended pod position.
Check the actual building whether your office is in the CBD, Macquarie Park or Parramatta. The shipping and delivery guide lists packed dimensions by model, including the Max’s two pallets. Compare the full packed size with the lift interior, doorways and turns; the finished pod’s footprint alone does not establish access.

Check the space and the route
Send the proposed location and ceiling height, the narrowest doorway or corridor, and the internal lift dimensions including its door opening. The shipping and delivery guide lists packed dimensions and net and packed weights by model. Confirm the complete route, floor suitability and door clearance before ordering.

Named, with permission★★★★★
“We added a FocusPod Solo because private phone calls were becoming difficult in our open-plan office. It gets used constantly for client calls, Zoom meetings and focused work. It looks professional, takes up very little space and has freed up our meeting rooms for larger groups.”

★★★★★
“We use the FocusPod Meet for client appointments and video conferences almost every day. It gives us a quiet, professional setting and prevents clients from having to sit in the middle of a busy open office. The finish also matches our workplace extremely well.”

Common questions
From Sydney buyersDo you deliver office pods to Sydney?
Yes. Delivery to Sydney is free and included in the published pod price. Orders are supplied from our Gold Coast warehouse. Check the shipping and delivery guide and confirm dispatch and expected arrival for your chosen configuration.
Will a pod fit in my Sydney CBD building's lift?
Measure the internal lift space and door opening, then compare them with the selected model’s packed dimensions in the shipping and delivery guide. Include doorways, corridors and turns along the route. Send measurements and photos before ordering so handling and assembly can be assessed.
Can you deliver after hours in Sydney?
Tell us the delivery windows and after-hours rules required by your building before booking. Availability, dock access, lift allocation and any additional requirements need to be confirmed for your address and order. Do not assume an after-hours slot is included or available without checking.
Do office pods need council approval in Sydney?
Requirements depend on the site and proposed installation. Confirm the pod position with your building manager or landlord, and ask the relevant council or building certifier whether approvals are needed before ordering. Include floor loading, access, fire services and ventilation in the site review.
How much do office pods cost in Sydney?
Current starting prices range from $7,595 ex GST for Solo to $14,995 ex GST for Max, with free delivery. Furniture and professional installation are optional extras. Compare the total itemised quote for your selected layout and site requirements.
Will my building's floor take the weight?
Net assembled weights range from 290 kg for Solo to 852 kg for Max. Packed weights include packaging and are listed separately. Ask your building manager or structural engineer to assess the pod, furniture and occupant loads and support locations against site-specific floor capacity.
Are these outdoor or garden office pods?
No. These FocusPod models are indoor acoustic office pods for use inside an existing building. They are not weatherproof garden offices, outdoor cabins or building extensions.
Can I view a FocusPod before ordering for Sydney?
Our listed showrooms are at Molendinar on the Gold Coast and Newport in Melbourne, both by appointment. Check showroom details and book a visit. If visiting is impractical, ask for the current specifications, dimensions and configuration details for the models you are comparing.
Also serving Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and the Gold Coast. See the full range and prices or the buyers guide.
