Event hire
Somewhere quiet, at a loud event.
Expos, conferences, activations. Delivered, built, tested and packed down in your bump-out window.

Event pod hire covers soundproof booths for expos, conferences, trade shows and brand activations across Australia. Every hire is all-inclusive — delivery to the venue, positioning, assembly, testing, then pack-down and collection in your bump-out window. Branding, frosted glass and blackout wrapping are available. Quoted on the dates, venue and model.
What people actually use them for
Four thingsMedia and podcast interviews
The most common use by a distance. A convention centre is a terrible place to record anything, and a booth is the difference between usable audio and a file nobody can publish. Blackout wrapping available where the interior should not appear on camera.
Sponsor and client meetings
Somewhere to close a conversation without walking a prospect out of the hall and losing the momentum. Frosted glass where the conversation is commercially sensitive.
Quiet rooms and parents rooms
Genuinely under-served at Australian conferences. One booth covers calls, feeding, prayer, sensory breaks and anyone who simply needs the volume to stop for ten minutes.
Demonstrations
Anything involving audio, video calls or concentration. Demonstrating a product that needs to be heard on an expo floor is otherwise close to impossible.
Bump-in and bump-out
What venues ask forMost of what goes wrong with event hire is access rather than the pod. Venues want three things before anything comes onto the floor, and having them ready is the difference between a smooth bump-in and standing at a dock at six in the morning.
Packed dimensions. A one-person booth ships on a pallet 2310 × 570 × 1270 mm. Larger models run to 2650 mm long. That length is what venues and lifts care about, not the assembled height.
Weight. Between 290 kg and 852 kg assembled depending on model. Venue operations will ask, and some floors and travelators have limits.
Power. One standard 10A outlet per pod. No three-phase, no special provisioning, no electrician standing by.
We confirm access before the date
Dock allocation, lift dimensions, corridor width, floor protection and your bump-in window. Tell us the venue and we deal with operations directly.
Our team delivers and builds it
Positioned, assembled and tested on site. Lighting, ventilation and power all working before we leave. You do not touch a tool.
We pack it down and take it away
In your bump-out window, at the time you nominate. Included in the quote, not an extra.
Branding and finishes
Vinyl wrapping covers full branding for activations. Frosted film gives visual privacy while keeping the pod light inside. Blackout wrapping is used where the interior must not be visible — most often for media booths where the background needs to be controlled. Tell us what the pod is for and we will suggest the finish rather than selling you the most expensive one.

Common questions
What is event pod hire?
Hiring a soundproof booth for the duration of an event — an expo, conference, trade show or brand activation. It is quoted as one all-inclusive job covering delivery to the venue, assembly, testing, pack-down and collection.
What do people use pods for at events?
Four things mostly: media and podcast interviews that need usable audio, private sponsor and client meetings on the show floor, quiet or parents rooms for delegates, and demo spaces where ambient noise would otherwise ruin the experience.
How far in advance should I book an event pod?
Four to six weeks is comfortable. The hire pool is small and event dates cluster, so availability of a specific model on a specific week is usually the constraint rather than price.
Can pods be branded for an event?
Yes. Vinyl wrapping covers full branding, and frosted or blackout finishes are available where the interior needs to be private or unseen on camera.
What is included in an event hire quote?
Delivery to the venue, positioning and assembly on site, testing, then pack-down and collection in your bump-out window. One number, no separate freight or assembly line.
Which venues have you delivered to?
Convention centres, showgrounds, hotel conference floors and outdoor activation sites across the capitals. Tell us the venue and we will confirm what its access requirements are, or find out.
Can you deliver interstate for an event?
Yes. We deliver Australia-wide from the Gold Coast. Regional and interstate event hire is usually workable with enough notice — tell us the location and dates and we will be straight about whether it stacks up.
Got dates and a venue?
Tell us both, plus roughly what the pod is for. We will confirm availability and send an all-inclusive number, usually the same day.
