We read it properly

A person reads what you sent, not a form router. If you have included a photo or floor plan we will look at the position, the likely access route and whether the model you picked is actually the right one.

Pod, delivery, installation and furniture as separate lines, with lead time. Multi-unit pricing is applied automatically rather than held back for you to ask about.

You decide, in your own time

We will follow up once. If the answer is no, or not yet, that is fine and we will say so and leave it. If a competitor is a better fit for what you need, we will tell you that too.

What makes a quote accurate

Four things

Your city or postcode. Delivery is free everywhere, but transit time and installation availability vary, and we would rather give you a real date than an optimistic one.

How many people need to use it at once. This decides the model more than anything else. If you are not sure, say so and we will suggest one — it costs us nothing and stops you buying a size too small.

A photo of the space. The single most useful thing you can send. It tells us about the position, the wall run, the glazing and often the access route in one image.

Your internal lift dimensions. Packed pallets are 1270 mm tall and between 2310 and 2650 mm long, and that length is what fails a lift. Checking this before you order is the difference between a delivery and a problem.

Common questions

How quickly will I get a quote?

Usually the same business day, and within one business day at the latest. If you send a photo or floor plan we will also confirm what fits and flag any access issues before you commit to anything.

Do I need a quote if prices are published?

Not always. Every pod price is published, so if you know the model you want you can order directly. A quote is useful when you need it itemised for approval, want installation and furniture included, are buying more than one, or are not sure which model fits your space.

What should I include to get an accurate quote?

The city or postcode, roughly how many people need to use the pod at once, and whether you are buying or hiring. A photo of the space and your internal lift dimensions turn a rough quote into a fixed one.

Is there a discount for multiple pods?

Yes. Multi-unit pricing applies from the second pod and improves with quantity. Tell us how many you are considering and we will include it rather than making you ask.

Can I get a quote for buy instead of purchase?

Yes. Tell us the dates, the venue or address and roughly what the pod is for, and we will come back with an all-inclusive figure covering delivery, installation and pack-down.

Will I be added to a mailing list?

Only if you ask to be. We use your details to answer the quote and follow up on it, and that is all.
