That fifteen-minute visit answers more than any specification sheet, and it regularly changes which model people go home intending to buy.
What to send us
So the first reply is usefulA photo of the space
The single most useful thing. It tells us the position, the wall run, the glazing and often the access route in one image.
How many people, and for how long
Session length matters as much as headcount. Fifteen minutes with a headset and two hours with dual monitors are different pods.
Your lift dimensions
Only if the pod is going above ground floor. Packed pallets run to 2650 mm long, and that is what fails a lift.

How quickly do you respond?
Same business day for most enquiries. If it is a quote and you have included a photo or floor plan, that usually comes back the same day too.
Do you have a sales team?
Not in the sense of a call centre. You will be dealing with people who know the product technically, which means you can ask about airflow figures and door seals and get a real answer.
