You get a firm date when you order, and installation itself takes under four hours — no builders, no project managers, no mess.

No. We are the importer of record and we pay the GST and any duty before the pod reaches you — both are already inside the price you see. Nothing arrives from Customs, there's no broker to appoint, and no clearance paperwork at your end. You get one invoice, in New Zealand dollars, with GST shown separately for your return.

None of the three. Every FocusPod runs off a single standard power point — the same one you'd plug a kettle into. There's no hardwiring, no dedicated circuit, and nothing fixed to the floor, walls or ceiling, so it's treated as furniture rather than building work. Check your lease for any landlord conditions on floor loading.

Usually, but it's worth checking first. Packed pallets are 1270 mm tall and between 2310 and 2650 mm long depending on model — that length is what fails an older goods lift, not the weight or the height. Send us the internal lift dimensions and the narrowest point between the dock and the destination, and we'll confirm access in writing before you pay for anything.

Yes. Every pod comes standard with a built-in control panel, two power points, USB-A and USB-C, motion sensor lighting and ventilation. You can add air conditioning, a sit-stand desk, Bluetooth speaker, whiteboard panel, monitor arm, privacy glass and laser-engraved branding, with seven exterior and thirteen interior finishes. Custom colour combinations are a six-week build rather than three.

Yes — all pods sit on lockable castor wheels. You can reposition it across the floor without any tools or trades, and if you're moving offices entirely, the pod comes with you. There's no permanent fixing to floors, walls or ceilings. If you need one dismantled and relocated between buildings, we can quote it.

Yes. Every FocusPod carries a 10-year structural warranty and a 3-year electrical warranty — we design and manufacture them ourselves, so we stand behind every one. That sits on top of your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, which we don't contract out of. You don't pay freight or labour on a valid warranty claim, including where a part has to come from Australia.
