Shipping and Delivery

Delivery

Free, nationwide across New Zealand, to your floor.

Not to the loading dock. We book the dock and the lift with your building manager ourselves.

Delivery is free to main centre addresses and included in the published price, with no metro, regional or Western New Zealand surcharge. In-stock pods dispatch the three-week lead time from our Queensland facility. We deliver to your floor rather than the loading dock, and coordinate dock booking and lift access with building management directly.

What free actually means here

No surcharges

Delivery is in the price. Not free over a threshold, not free to metro addresses, not free with a separate freight line added at checkout. A Hamilton buyer pays what a Auckland buyer pays.

It also includes getting the pod to your floor. This is the part that gets quietly excluded elsewhere. Overseas sellers and some local suppliers quote to the loading dock, which leaves you arranging a lift booking and moving 300 to 970 kg of pallet through a building you may not control.

Lead times

Stock versus custom
Three weeks

Standard colours

White exterior with grey interior is our standard build and ships on the shortest lead time. Other combinations move just as fast while they are on the shelf, so check availability before settling on a colour.

4–6 weeks typical

Made to order

Seven exterior and thirteen interior finishes. Built to spec, with an exact timeline confirmed when you order. If you are working to a lease event or fitout date, tell us and we will be honest about whether it is achievable.

Packed dimensions

The numbers your building will ask for
Model Packed pallet Net weight
Solo 2310 × 570 × 1270 mm 290–335 kg
Solo Plus / Duo 2310 × 890 × 1270 mm 442–502 kg
Team 2310 × 890 × 1270 mm 504–564 kg
Meet 2310 × 1100 × 1270 mm 635–700 kg
Max 2650 × 760 × 1270 mm plus 2310 × 890 × 1270 mm 852–970 kg

The 2310 to 2650 mm length is the number that matters. It is what fails a passenger lift or a tight corner, and it is the measurement people forget to check because they are thinking about the assembled pod rather than the pallet.

Before delivery day

Three things to send us
1

Internal lift dimensions

Width, depth and door opening. If the building has a goods lift, that one. If it does not, the passenger lift is what we are working with.

2

The route from the dock

Corridor width, doorways and any tight corners between where the truck stops and where the pod lives. Photos are more useful than measurements here.

3

Access restrictions

Dock booking requirements, delivery windows, after-hours rules and floor protection. Common in Auckland and Wellington CBD towers. Tell us the address and we will deal with building management.

Collection

From Molendinar

Local buyers collect from our Queensland facility regularly. You will need transport suitable for a pallet of the dimensions above. Tell us the model and we will confirm exactly what you are picking up before you drive over.

Common questions

Do you deliver outside the main centres?

Yes. We deliver and install everywhere in New Zealand, not just the main centres. Delivery to Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch is included in the published price. Rural, remote and South Island regional addresses may carry an additional freight charge — we quote it up front with your pod price, never at checkout and never after you have ordered.

Is delivery free?

Yes, to main centre addresses, included in the published price rather than added at checkout. There is no metro or regional surcharge and no Western New Zealand loading.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock white exterior with grey interior ships on our standard three-week lead time. East coast metro is typically a few days from there; Hamilton and regional destinations take longer. Custom colour combinations are built to order and typically ready in four to six weeks.

Do you deliver to my floor or just the loading dock?

To your floor. We coordinate dock booking and lift access with building management directly. Overseas sellers frequently quote to the dock only, which leaves you arranging the last and most awkward part yourself.

What are the packed dimensions?

Pallets are 1270 mm tall, between 570 and 1100 mm deep, and between 2310 and 2650 mm long depending on model. That length is the measurement that fails a lift, not the assembled height of the pod.

How heavy is the delivery?

Between 290 kg and 970 kg depending on model. A six-person pod ships as two pallets. We handle the lifting; you need to have told us about any stairs or restricted access beforehand.

Can I collect from your warehouse?

Yes. Local buyers collect from Molendinar on the Queensland regularly. You will need transport suitable for a pallet — tell us the model and we will confirm dimensions and weight.

What if the pod arrives damaged?

Photograph it before signing and email us the same day. Freight damage is rare but it happens, and it is our problem to resolve rather than yours. We will arrange replacement panels or a full replacement depending on the extent.

Worried about access?

Send photos of your lift and the route. We will confirm it fits before you order, which is a much better time to find out.
