The model most people miss
2300 × 966 mmThe Team is under a metre deep. At 2300 × 966 mm it takes about the same floor area as a two-person Duo, but in a completely different shape — long and narrow instead of square.
That matters more than it sounds. Most offices have wall runs, window lines and corridor edges with a metre of usable depth and nothing that fits there. A square pod needs a corner or an island position and eats circulation space. A Team sits flat against the wall, seats two, and leaves the floor plan intact.
It seats the same two people as a Duo, so the choice between them is purely about the shape of the space you have. It is the model we most often end up recommending after seeing a floor plan, and the one almost nobody asks for by name.

Ventilation sized for a full room
Up to 218 m³/h on a Meet and 327 m³/h on a Max, changing the air roughly every two minutes. It also runs a five-minute exchange every half hour when empty, so a pod booked back-to-back is fresh at the start of each meeting.
Lighting that works on camera
Dimmable LED with adjustable colour temperature, plus New Zealand outlets and USB-A and USB-C inside. Half of what a meeting pod is used for is video calls, and lighting decides how those look.
Glass door, sealed properly
Full-glass magnetic-close door with a gasket seal on a precision aluminium frame. Visual transparency so the room stays connected to the floor, without the acoustic penalty of a badly sealed door.
Occupancy sensing

How many people fit in a meeting pod?
Two to six, depending on the model. A Duo takes two people comfortably, a Team also seats two but in a long narrow footprint, a Meet takes four around a table, and a Max seats six for board meetings and workshops.
Is a meeting pod cheaper than building a meeting room?
Usually, and the gap widens over a lease. A built meeting room in a leased tenancy typically runs $20,000 to $40,000 plus two to six weeks of disruption, and has to be demolished with make-good costs payable at the end of the lease. A pod is a fraction of that, installs in a morning, and relocates with you.
What size meeting pod fits a narrow space?
The Team, at 2300 × 966 mm. It is less than a metre deep, so it sits flat against a wall, along a window line or in a corridor where a square pod will not fit. It seats two people and has the same acoustics and ventilation as the larger models.
Do meeting pods have ventilation good enough for four people?
Yes. A four-person Meet moves up to 218 m³ of air per hour and changes the air roughly every 2.2 minutes. Ventilation also runs a five-minute exchange every thirty minutes when the pod is empty, so it is fresh when the next meeting starts.
Can you fit a screen or TV in a meeting pod?
Yes. A wall-mounted screen is a common addition on the Meet and Max, and a centre-wall configuration with a pre-installed mount is available. Power is already inside, so no additional cabling is needed.
Do meeting pods need council consent?
No. Meeting pods are freestanding and do not attach to the floor, walls or ceiling, so they are treated as furniture rather than building work. Check your lease for any conditions on floor loading.
How heavy is a meeting pod?
Between 442 kg for a Duo and 970 kg for a Max. Loading falls as the pod grows: about 143 kg/m² for a six-person pod and 171 for a four-person, against roughly 228 to 254 for the two-person models. All are inside the 3.0 kPa (about 306 kg/m²) uniformly distributed load most New Zealand office floors are designed to under AS/NZS 1170.1.
