The FocusPod Max™ is the largest pod in the FocusPod range — a full-scale, six-person private meeting room that installs into your open-plan office without a single permanent fixture. Six chairs surround a central meeting table inside a fully acoustic enclosure. It's a proper boardroom in a box.
At 2255 mm deep and 2300 mm wide, the Max provides genuine room-scale space for six. It handles everything that belongs in a private meeting room: board-level discussions, client presentations, all-hands planning sessions, video calls with remote teams, and any meeting where open-plan conversation is simply not an option.
The acoustic spec steps up to match: 30 dB noise reduction with enhanced panel construction, and 100 m³/h ventilation — rated for six occupants in continuous back-to-back sessions. 4000K LED lighting with motion sensing ensures the room is always ready. Power outlets and USB charging are built in at table level.
Like every FocusPod, the Max is classified as furniture. No council consent, no building consent, no structural works, no electrician. Fully modular — panels disassemble and relocate if your office moves or your layout changes.

The Max is a 6-person boardroom-style pod — six chairs around a central meeting table, with three seats per side. It's a different use case entirely.
Choose the Max if you need a proper working meeting room where people are seated at a table, taking notes, presenting, or collaborating on documents. The Max footprint (2255 × 2300 mm) is also slightly deeper than the Meet, giving each occupant more elbow room around the table.

Yes — the Max is the most popular model for display integration. The end wall provides a full-height mounting surface suited to a 65–85" display. Power outlets are available inside, and cable management can be routed through the panel joins.
If you want a screen pre-configured before delivery, contact us before ordering and we can discuss the configuration options. Display mounting hardware is not included as standard but can be arranged.
