Every model, priced

These are the prices you will see in the configurator, for the pod itself. Furniture packages and installation are separate lines so you can see exactly what each part costs rather than working backwards from one bundled figure.

Prices are for the pod in the configuration you choose. Finishes, furniture and compatible extras are listed separately as you build. Delivery, destination costs and any applicable tax are confirmed on your written quotation, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

Prices exclude GST. If your business is GST registered you would normally claim it in the usual way.

What is included as standard

Every FocusPod arrives with laminated glass front and rear, layered acoustic insulation, adjustable ventilation, dimmable LED lighting with adjustable colour temperature, power and an occupancy light. Speech level reduction is laboratory tested at greater than 29 dB under ISO 23351-1, the international standard written specifically for pods. Every pod is covered by our five-year structural and electrical warranty.

There is no separate charge for the black or white exterior or for the standard interior palette. Other exterior colours use the displayed upgrade price, and a custom interior colour is priced per pod. All of it is listed separately as you build, so nothing arrives as a surprise on the quotation.

What changes your final figure

Four things move the number between the table above and your written quotation. The model and its footprint. The furniture arrangement you choose, which is what turns a shell into a usable room. Optional extras such as switchable privacy glass, air conditioning, a glass whiteboard or an access control panel. And the installation scope for your building, because a ground-floor office with level access and an upper floor served by one small goods lift are genuinely different projects.

Tell us whether the site is on the North Island or the South Island and include the full postcode. Island, rural and restricted-access deliveries need an address-specific freight and handling plan, and we would rather work that out with you before your order is placed than on delivery day. Delivery and any applicable tax sit outside the pod price and are confirmed on the quotation.

A pod against building a meeting room

The usual alternative is partitioning off part of the floor. Once partitioning, a door, ceiling and lighting changes, consent where it applies and making good are counted, a built meeting room means trades on site for weeks and a number that is rarely lower than a pod by the time it is finished.

There is a tax dimension too, and it has changed. Depreciation on commercial buildings was set to zero from the 2024 to 2025 income year, so money spent on the building itself no longer earns a depreciation deduction. Moveable assets and fit-out are treated differently. A FocusPod is depreciable property you still own if you move premises.
