Every model, priced

These are the prices you pay for the pod itself, in the cart and in the configurator. Furniture and installation are separate lines, so you can see exactly what each part costs rather than working backwards from one bundled figure.

Prices are for the pod in the configuration you choose. Finishes, furniture and compatible extras are listed separately as you build. Delivery, destination costs and any applicable tax are confirmed on your order summary, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

Prices exclude GST. If your business is GST registered you would normally claim it in the usual way.

What is included as standard

Every FocusPod arrives with laminated glass front and rear, layered acoustic insulation, adjustable ventilation, dimmable LED lighting with adjustable colour temperature, power and an occupancy light. Speech level reduction is laboratory tested at 30.5–30.8 dB under ISO 23351-1, the international standard written specifically for pods. Every pod is covered by our five-year structural and electrical warranty.

There is no separate charge for the black or white exterior or for the standard interior palette. Other exterior colours use the displayed upgrade price, and a custom interior colour is priced per pod. All of it is listed separately as you build, so nothing arrives as a surprise on your order.

If you would rather be walked through it, we will do a live video walkthrough of the pod you are considering and answer questions as we go.

What changes the price

Four things. The model and its footprint. Furniture: take the pod on its own, add the furniture shown in the photos, or choose another layout. Optional extras such as switchable privacy glass, air conditioning, a glass whiteboard or an access control panel. And installation, if you would like us to assemble the pod in place.

Delivery is calculated at checkout for your address. If the site is rural, on an island or has restricted access, tell us before ordering and we will plan the delivery with you.

A pod against building a meeting room

The usual alternative is partitioning off part of the floor. Once partitioning, a door, ceiling and lighting changes, consent where it applies and making good are counted, a built meeting room means trades on site for weeks and a number that is rarely lower than a pod by the time it is finished.

There is a tax dimension too, and it has changed. Depreciation on commercial buildings was set to zero from the 2024 to 2025 income year, so money spent on the building itself no longer earns a depreciation deduction. Moveable assets and fit-out are treated differently. A FocusPod is depreciable property you still own if you move premises.
