Auckland and the Waikato

Auckland and Hamilton each have their own guide. State the actual suburb, street address and postcode, including a building or unit number. A North Shore office, a central Auckland floor and a Waikato business-park unit can have different receiving arrangements. Measure the packed route from the unloading point to the room rather than checking only the finished pod’s footprint.

Wellington and the lower North Island

Use the Wellington guide for projects in the region, with the exact address for Wellington, the Hutt Valley or the wider destination. Palmerston North and other workplaces can use the national configurator and delivery process. Include the receiving window, lift dimensions and load limits. Where the building team requests weight or installation information, resolve that with the selected model before a delivery date is fixed.

Christchurch, Canterbury and Otago

Christchurch and Dunedin have separate guides. Give the actual town and postcode for a site outside either city, including the final receiving entrance and any distance between unloading and the office. Regional destinations should be planned from their address, not assigned the nearest city’s receiving assumptions. For an occupied workplace, agree where packed components can be held and where assembly can happen without blocking circulation.

Tauranga, Napier, Nelson and Queenstown

These locations can be planned through the same New Zealand project process. For Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty, distinguish the workplace address from any freight depot or warehouse address. For Napier, Nelson or Queenstown, include the building, floor and exact receiving point. Tell us about stairs, sloping approaches or restricted vehicle access if they apply to your site; they are not assumed for every property in the area.

Rural, regional and multi-site projects

Record rural addressing details and any access instructions that a driver needs beyond the postcode. If the transport route involves an additional transfer, keep that stage in the delivery plan. For several offices, prepare one access record per site with its own pod quantities, receiving contact and hours. Use the product page’s current availability and the agreed project schedule when planning a date.

Check the room and the complete configuration

Compare furniture, occupancy and internal dimensions before choosing a model. Check the packed components against doors, lifts and turns, and leave enough space around the assembled pod for door movement, ventilation and servicing.
