Are the front and rear both glass?
Yes. Every FocusPod has glass at both the front and rear. Standard glass is clear. Optional PDLC privacy glass can be selected for the front only or for both the front and rear.
Can I move the pod once it is installed?
Yes. Every FocusPod has built-in wheels and adjustable levelling feet. Raise the feet to move the pod on its wheels, then lower and adjust them to level the pod in its new position.
How do I start an order?
Add the in-stock pod to your cart from any product page, or design your own in 3D and add it to your cart, then select Secure checkout. Pay by card or bank transfer, or choose pay by purchase order and we invoice you. A saved configuration is not a placed order.
Are the displayed prices in NZD?
Yes. Every price is in New Zealand dollars, excluding GST. Delivery and any GST are added at checkout, in NZD.
How is my pod supplied?
In stock, in White with a Grey interior, it is dispatched the same day when ordered before 2pm. Made to order, it is built to the configuration you approve. Either way it is delivered directly to your workplace. Delivery is added at checkout and handled by us, door to door.
How long does delivery take?
In stock, in White with a Grey interior, it is dispatched the same day when ordered before 2pm. Made to order, the indicative lead time is about four weeks. We confirm the expected production, shipping and delivery schedule. Custom specifications, freight and site readiness can affect it.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery to your door, including GST, is NZ$573.85 for a Solo, NZ$746.35 for a Solo Plus or Duo, NZ$803.85 for a Team, NZ$918.85 for a Meet and NZ$1,148.85 for a Max, per pod, added at checkout. Unloading is included and there’s nothing to pay on arrival. Your GST amount and final total are shown at checkout.
Can I choose colours and furniture?
Yes. Explore the exterior and interior palette, compatible furniture and optional upgrades in the 3D configurator. All standard and custom colours are included at no extra charge. Selected furniture and accessories add their displayed fixed prices. Your order records the selected configuration; the 3D view is illustrative.
Can I include several pods?
Yes. Add different configurations and quantities to the project cart. The combined selection goes to one secure checkout, with delivery charged per pod. In-stock pods leave the same day and made-to-order pods follow, or tell us if you would rather have one delivery.
Can I include installation?
Choose installation in the configurator to include the displayed assembly price. Pods are modular and assembled on site, so they can be installed almost anywhere, including upper floors. Contact us before ordering for restricted access or a special installation scope.
What warranty is included?
Your FocusPod includes five years of structural and electrical warranty coverage. Written terms confirm covered components, conditions, the claims process and service arrangements. For support, contact the team with your order reference and clear photos.
What information helps you plan my delivery?
Share your models, quantities, New Zealand delivery address, preferred timing and installation needs. Add a floor plan or access description when possible. Tell us whether your site is on the North Island or South Island, and include the full postcode. Island, rural and restricted-access deliveries need an address-specific freight and handling plan.
Fire safety & building requirements
Sprinkler and fire-alarm options are available. We help you confirm the details for your pod and workplace.
Can you include sprinklers and fire alarms?
Yes. Choose the optional sprinkler and fire-alarm combo in the configurator. It is priced per pod and included in your configuration total when selected. Your building manager may request it as part of approving the pod for your space; the equipment, building-system connections and installation scope are confirmed for your site.
What should I know about fire ratings?
Fire information is specific to the model and materials. A material fire classification does not establish a fire-resistance rating for the complete pod. Ask us to confirm the relevant test documentation for your chosen model and finishes.
An acoustic “Class A” rating describes sound reduction, not fire performance.
What should we check before ordering?
Start with your building manager: they may have requirements for introducing a pod into your workplace. Share those requirements and your installation address with us so we can confirm the appropriate equipment and connections with your building team. Local fire requirements still apply; the package is not a blanket requirement for every pod.
